The Leaderboard displays the current ranking of all hands in your event, showing who’s in the lead based on the best poker hand.

This is a fun and transparent way to track performance during the event and see where you (and your friends) rank in real time.

πŸ“ Where to Find It

You can access the leaderboard from:

Your Events > Tap an Active Event > View Leaderboard

🎴 What You’ll See

Each entry on the leaderboard includes:

Field

Description

Rank

Current position based on hand strength

Participant Name

Name of the user who owns the hand

Hand

Visual display of the player’s dealt cards

Hand Strength

Best-ranking poker hand type (e.g., Pair, Flush, Straight)

πŸ”„ Live Updates

The leaderboard updates in real time as cards are dealt and more hands are played.

  • Partial hands (not fully dealt) still appear but with face-down cards

  • Rankings shift automatically as card combinations improve

  • Only fully dealt hands are eligible for final ranking

πŸ” Search Participants

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a participant by name.

Great for:

  • Locating your own hands in large events

  • Tracking your friends or team members

🧠 Scoring & Hand Types

Hands are ranked using standard poker rules β€” from High Card up to Royal Flush.

In case of a tie, the system uses:

  • High card comparison

  • Tie-breaking rules based on poker hierarchy

πŸ“Š Total Participants

The leaderboard header shows:

  • Event Name & Date

  • Total Participants

  • Total Hands Registered
