Registering for an Aces Poker Run event is fast and easy. You can search for nearby events, review event details, and select your hand and extras before checkout — all within the app.
📍 Step 1: Find an Event Near You
Start on the Home screen. By default, it shows events near your current location.
You can:
🔍 Use the search bar to find an event by name
⚙️ Tap the filter icon to refine by:
Location radius
Event type (e.g., Boat, Snowmobile, Motorcycle)
Date range
Events that exclude hand fees (free events only)
Tip: Tap Done after setting your filters to update the list.
📄 Step 2: View Event Details
Tap any event to open its Event Summary.
You’ll see:
Event name and start time
How cards are dealt (QR code, GPS, or timed)
Event stops with arrival/departure windows
A Register button (if the event is open for signup)
🛒 Step 3: Select Hands and Extras
Tap Register to begin the sign-up process.
On the Event Registration screen, choose:
The number of hands you want to purchase
Optional extra cards (if available — some events do not allow extra cards)
Each selection will show the total cost (or $0.00 for free events). You’ll see:
Registration Fee
Registration Fee + Extra Card (if available)
💳 Step 4: Review and Checkout
Once you’ve selected your items:
Tap Next to proceed to the Order Summary
Confirm your selections
Tap Checkout
If it’s a free event, you won’t be prompted for payment — just confirmation.
✅ Step 5: Confirmation
After checkout, you’ll see a confirmation screen showing:
Confirmation code
Transaction time
Summary of what you registered for
You’ll also receive an email receipt if your account includes an email address.
Tap “Go to your events” to return to the app dashboard.
💡 Notes
Some events allow extra cards, which can be purchased during or after registration (until the third card is dealt).
If the event uses a registration code, you must enter it before proceeding.
If an event has limited space, registration may close once the cap is reached.
