📱 Not Receiving Confirmation Texts? Check Your Spam/Junk Folder
If you're expecting a confirmation or shared hand text from Aces Poker Run and haven't received it, your device may have filtered it into your spam, junk, or blocked messages folder. Here's how to check those folders based on your device:
📲 For Android Users
Some Android devices (especially Samsung, Google Pixel, and OnePlus) may filter texts into Spam & Blocked or Junk folders. Follow these steps:

Open your Messages app
Tap the three dots (⋮) or menu icon in the top-right corner
Select Spam & Blocked or Spam messages
Look for any message from:
Aces Poker Run
A sender you don’t recognize (confirmation texts may come from short codes)
If found, tap the message, then select:
Not spam
orMove to inbox

Apple’s iMessage may categorize texts from unknown senders as Unknown Senders or filter them using the SMS Filtering feature.
