How much is each participant registration fee?

Here you specify how much you want to charge each participant for registration.

Take service fee out of registration fee?

There is a service fee added to each participant as well as a credit card transaction fee. You an determine here if you want to have your participants pay the service fee or if you want to take the service fees out of the registration amount. For example:


If the organization pays processing fees:

The total amount charged for each sale will not be affected by the online processing fees ($3.30 per registration + 2.9% credit card fee per transaction). Your organization will collect the full sale amount minus the fees.

For example: If the total sale is $100.00 and the fees amount to $6.39, the participant will be charged $100.00, and your organization will collect $93.61.


If the participants pay the processing fees:

The total amount charged for each sale will include the online processing fees($3.30 per registration + 2.9% credit card fee per transaction). Your organization will collect the sale total before the fees are added.

For example: If the total sale is $100.00 and the fees amount to $6.39, the participant will be charged $106.39, and your organization will collect $100.00.

Do you want to offer the extra card option?

The extra card option is an additional fundraising opportunity where you allow your participants to buy and extra card increasing their hand from 5 cards to 6 cards. Thus, this also increases their hand potential.  If you choose to allow the extra option, participants can buy the extra card at the time of registration or before the third card has been distributed. You can specify when then extra card can be purchased later in the event setup screen.  For example, if you collect one card at the first and second stop you now have 2 cards in your hands. If you are going to purchase and extra card, you must do so before the next card is dealt.
