Manage Events Screen

Create and manage the events.

The Manage Events screen is where you can create and manage the events you’re organizing. It gives you quick access to every event you’ve built — whether it’s still in draft mode or already published.


📍 Where to Find It

Tap the “Manage Events” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

You’ll be taken to your event dashboard, where events are split into:

  • Current – Active and upcoming events

  • Past – Events that have already concluded

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific event by name.


➕ Creating a New Event

To start a new event, tap the blue plus (+) icon in the upper right corner.
You’ll be guided through a step-by-step setup process including:

  • Event Info

  • Stops

  • Card Rules

  • Pricing

  • Waivers

  • Trackers

  • Managers

  • Payout setup


⚙️ Managing Existing Events

Each listed event shows:

  • 📅 Event name and date

  • 🎴 Number of hands sold / max allowed

  • 🔄 Status: Draft, Published, In Progress, or Completed

  • ⚠️ Setup Warnings: If any required step (e.g., payout method or stop setup) is incomplete

Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) to reveal key event management options:

Share Event

Send your event invite using your device’s share tools

Copy Event Link

Copies a direct link to your event that you can paste anywhere

Leaderboard

View live rankings and hands submitted so far

Participants

See who has registered and manage participant details


🧠 Tips

  • Events marked as “Published – setup incomplete” need action (e.g., configure stops or payouts)

  • You can return to any section of the event builder by tapping the pencil icon in the event summary view

  • Use the Leaderboard to monitor real-time activity during the event
