Once your event is set up, sharing it with potential participants is just a tap away. Use the built-in share function to easily promote your poker run via text, email, social media, or printed materials.
š Where to Find It
To share your event:
Manage Events > Select Your Event > Tap āMore event optionsā > Select āShare Eventā
This will launch your deviceās native share menu.
š What Happens When You Share
Tapping āShare Eventā opens your deviceās built-in options for sharing the eventās unique registration link. You can:
š± Text it to friends
š§ Send it via email
š¢ Post to social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
š Save it to Notes or your clipboard
š Copy the link to paste anywhere else (e.g., in a group chat or on your website)
Participants clicking the link will be taken directly to your event page in the Aces Poker Run app where they can:
View event details and stop schedule
Register and purchase hands
Share the event themselves!
š± If a participant doesnāt have the app installed, theyāll be prompted to download it first and then redirected to your event.
š§ Tips for Promotion
š If your event uses a registration code, be sure to include it in your message
š Add the link to your clubās website, sponsor flyers, or newsletters
