Once your event is set up, sharing it with potential participants is just a tap away. Use the built-in share function to easily promote your poker run via text, email, social media, or printed materials.
📍 Where to Find It
To share your event:
Manage Events > Select Your Event > Tap “More event options” > Select “Share Event”
This will launch your device’s native share menu.
🔗 What Happens When You Share
Tapping “Share Event” opens your device’s built-in options for sharing the event’s unique registration link. You can:
📱 Text it to friends
📧 Send it via email
📢 Post to social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
🗂 Save it to Notes or your clipboard
🔗 Copy the link to paste anywhere else (e.g., in a group chat or on your website)
Participants clicking the link will be taken directly to your event page in the Aces Poker Run app where they can:
View event details and stop schedule
Register and purchase hands
Share the event themselves!
📱 If a participant doesn’t have the app installed, they’ll be prompted to download it first and then redirected to your event.
🧠 Tips for Promotion
🔒 If your event uses a registration code, be sure to include it in your message
📌 Add the link to your club’s website, sponsor flyers, or newsletters
