Need to get in touch with the person running your event? The Contact Organizer page gives you their name, phone number, and email address — all in one place, right inside the app.
📍 How to Find It
Open the app and go to Your Events
Tap your event to open it
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner
Select Contact Organizer
🎴 What You'll See
Field | What it does |
Name | The organizer's contact name |
Phone | Tap to call them directly from your phone |
Tap to open your mail app with their address pre-filled |
If the organizer hasn't provided a phone number or email, that field will show "Not available."
💡 Tips
This page is available both in the app and if you're viewing the event through a browser link. See the Viewing Your Registered Event in a Browser article for details on browser access.
If the contact info looks wrong or is missing, the organizer may not have filled it in yet — try reaching out through the event's registration confirmation email instead.
