Transactions Screen

View and filter your event's full transaction ledger, including registrations, extra card sales, add-on purchases, and refunds.

Written by Aces Help

The Transactions screen gives you a complete view of every financial transaction tied to your event β€” registrations, extra card purchases, add-on sales, and refunds β€” all in one place.

This is a read-only ledger. To process a refund on a transaction, see Processing Refunds for Event Transactions.

πŸ”Ž Filtering Transactions

Use the filter options at the top of the screen to narrow the list by:

  • Transaction Type β€” Registration, Extra Card, Add-On, Refund

  • Date Range β€” set a start and end date to scope your view

  • Participant Name β€” search for a specific buyer

πŸ“€ Exporting Transactions

Tap Export to download the current transaction list as a CSV file. The export respects any active filters, so you can export a filtered subset (e.g., only refunds, or transactions from a specific date range).
