Learn how organizers and participants can access completed events, what data remains available after an event closes, and how to view hands and leaderboards post-event.

Written by Aces Help

Once an event is closed, it moves to a "past" state for both organizers and participants. This article explains how to find completed events and what data remains accessible after close.

🎯 For Organizers β€” Past Events in Manage Events

πŸ“ Where to Find It

Manage Events β†’ Past Events (tap the Past tab at the top of the screen)

What You'll See

Your past events are listed in reverse chronological order. Tap any event to open the Past Event detail screen, which shows:

  • Event summary (name, date, type, total participants)

  • Final leaderboard standings

  • All registered participants and their final hands

  • Transaction history for the event

  • Stop check-in summary

πŸ’‘ Reports such as the Will Call Report, Tracker Report, and Transactions remain accessible from the past event detail screen for post-event reconciliation.

πŸ‘€ For Participants β€” Past Events in Your Events Screen

From the Your Events screen, tap the Past tab to see all events you've previously participated in.

Tapping a past event shows your final hand, your finishing rank, and the event's leaderboard at close.
