🧾 Aces App Licensing Fee
Aces charges a small fee per hand sold.
This fee:
Applies to all hand sales (In-App, Will Call, and Manage Hands)
Is always deducted from the organizer’s collected funds
Is never charged directly to the participant
Does not apply to extra cards or other event items
🔢 Fee Structure
3% of the hand/registration price
Minimum: $2.00 per hand
Maximum: $5.00 per hand

ℹ️ The Aces fee is automatically deducted before payout. It is built into the backend and cannot be passed on separately.
💳 Stripe Payment Processing Fees
We use Stripe to securely process online payments.
Stripe charges standard industry processing fees:
2.9% of the transaction amount
+ $0.30 per transaction
These are Stripe’s fees (not Aces fees).
Stripe fees apply only when collecting payments online (In-App or Will Call).

You control who pays Stripe processing fees.
Toggle Setting | Outcome |
✅ ON (Default) | Stripe fees are added on top of the registration price. Participants pay them at checkout. |
⛔ OFF | Your organization absorbs Stripe fees. They are deducted from your payout. |
