🧾 Aces App Licensing Fee
Aces charges a small fee per hand sold. This fee is always deducted from the organizer’s collected funds — it is never charged to the participant.
🔢 Fee Structure:
3% of the hand/registration price
Minimum: $1.00 per hand
Maximum: $3.00 per hand
📌 Examples:

ℹ️ The app fee is automatically deducted before your payout. It is not shown to participants, and cannot be passed on.
💳 Stripe Payment Processing Fees
We use Stripe to handle online payments securely.
Stripe charges standard industry processing fees:
2.9% of the transaction amount
+ $0.30 per transaction
These are Stripe’s fees (not Aces fees), and they can be either passed on to the participant or absorbed by your organization.
⚙️ Who Pays the Stripe Fees?
You control who pays the Stripe processing fee:
Toggle Setting | Outcome |
✅ ON (Default) | Stripe fees are added on top of the registration price. |
Participants pay them at checkout. |

⛔ OFF | Your organization absorbs Stripe fees. |
They’re subtracted from your payout. |

Manage Events > Select Event > Edit Event Items > Toggle “Customer pays Stripe processing fee”
