π‘ Cash vs. Online Extra Card Sales
Extra cards can be purchased two ways:
Online (in-app) β processed through the participant's registered payment method. These appear in the main Transactions screen.
Cash (on-site) β collected manually at the event and recorded by an organizer or event manager. These appear in the Extra Card Cash Purchase Report.
Both methods grant the participant their extra card in the app β the difference is only how payment was collected.
π When to Use This Report
At the end of your event to verify how much cash was collected for extra cards
During reconciliation with your cash box or cash runners
To confirm which participants received extra cards via cash payment
For information on setting up and offering extra cards, see Extra Card Option.
